iQOO Z9x Launch Scheduled for Tomorrow: Everything You Need to Know

iQoo is all set to launch the iQoo Z9x 5G smartphone in India. The handset will make its debut in the country tomorrow, i.e., on May 16th via Amazon. Ahead of the official launch, the landing page for the smartphone have been made live revealing several key details, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, a 6,000mAh battery, and much more. It will reportedly be priced under Rs 15,000. Additionally, the phone has already been introduced in China.

iQoo Z9x 5G launch date and availability in India

iQoo Z9x 5G is set to debut in India tomorrow on May 12. Like other iQoo phones, it will also be available on Amazon in the country. However, the availability dates are not revealed at the moment. Additionally, it is expected to be priced under Rs. 15,000, however, the company is yet to announce the price.

Ahead of the official launch, the company has confirmed to launch iQoo Z9x 5G smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. The upcoming handset will sport a 6.72-inch display with 1000nits of peak brightness and 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to offer the “brightest display” in the segment.

For photography, the iQoo Z9x 5G will ships with a 50-megapixel main camera. Additionally, there are reports suggesting that the device could feature an 8-megapixel camera on the front. This handset is confirmed to come in two colour options: Storm Grey and Tornado Green.

Moreover, this device will be backed by a 6000mAh battery with 44W charging support. According to the company, the iQOO Z9x 5G will be touted as India’s slimmest phone with 6000mAh battery. Other confirmed features of the upcoming iQOO Z9x 5G are the IP64 rated dust and water resistance, 3.5mm earphone port, dual stereo speakers, Android 14 and more.

Apart from this, the company also promises to provide 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security updates to the iQOO Z9x 5G giving users more reasons to buy this phone.
