The Chinese variant with the OPWW234 model number was recently said to appear on TENAA and it has also been recently spotted on FCC database suggesting imminent launch. OnePlus is reportedly planning to launch a smartwatch in global markets, including India. The speculated device is most likely to be named as OnePlus Watch 2r. While there are no official details on the same, an upcoming OnePlus smartwatch has been spotted on the FCC database, and is being speculated to debut under the OnePlus Watch 2R moniker. The upcoming OnePlus smartwatch has also received BIS certification with the OPWWE234 model number. Here are all details that you need to know.

Max Jambor, a well-known tipster on X (formerly known as Twitter), has shared that the OnePlus could launch the OnePlus Watch 2R soon. This tip comes backs that the OPWWE234 model number could belong to the Watch 2R. Previously, a OnePlus smartwatch with the OPWW234 model number was spotted on the TENAA certification and it was speculated to carry the OnePlus Watch 3 moniker. But now, it appears to be the OPWW234 model number of the Chinese variant of the Watch 2R.

The rumored watch is most likely to debut at a OnePlus event scheduled to take place on June 27 in China. The company itself has confirmed to unveil a bunch of new devices in China, however, it hasn't revealed the name of the products. The upcoming watch could be a variant of the OnePlus Watch 2 which was released a couple of months ago.

Meanwhile, the FCC certification has also revealed some of the key specifications of the OnePlus smartwatch in talks. It is likely to come with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, and NFC. The database also confirms that the device will be powered a 500mAh battery with the BLW013 model number. The battery capacity was also confirmed through the TUV certification.

The FCC certifications also revealed the design render which suggest that the heart rate measurement sensors will be placed on the bottom. Additionally, the TENAA certification also suggests that the Chinese variant will debut with support for e-SIM with LTE connectivity, whereas, the 3C certification also revealed support for 10W charging support.
