Realme is all set to expand its GT series smartphones in India with the upcoming Realme GT 6T. The smartphone is set to debut in India on May 22 via the e-commerce platform Amazon. Ahead of the official launch, the company has shared the glimpses of the handset and its features. Here's everything we know so far.

Realme GT 6T is set to launch in India on May 22 via Amazon. The landing page for the smartphone has already been made live giving the glimpses of the handset as well as its features. The handset will come equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and 5,500mAh battery. It is said to come as a rebadged version of the Realme GT Neo 6 SE, which was launched in China in April this year. The phone was also spotted on a benchmarking website. Here's everything about the soon-to-be-launched Realme GT 6T that we know.

According to the landing page on Amazon, the Realme GT 6T will debut in India on May 22 at 12pm IST. The phone will go for sale via Amazon, Realme website, and select offline stores in the country. The price for the smartphone is yet to be revealed.

Realme GT 6T design and features


The upcoming Realme GT 6T appears similar to the Realme GT Neo 6 SE, backing up recent claims that the Realme GT 6T would be a rebadged version of it. The Realme GT 6T can be seen in a silver colour option with a glossy finish. The smartphone is shown to pack a dual rear camera setup placed in two separate, slightly raised, circular modules. The camera modules are positioned vertically in the top left corner of the back panel. Additionally, the power button and volume rockers can be seen on the right edge, while the USB Type-C port and speaker grilles will be placed at the bottom edge.

Apart from these, the chinese smartphone maker also confirmed a few key specifications. The handset will be powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. It will be backed by a 5,500mAh battery supported by 120W charging. The phone is claimed to get charged from 0 to 50% in just 10 minutes. They also have said that the phone would be able to last for a day with 50% charge.

Moreover, the Realme GT 6T will sport a 8T LTPO display with a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It will also feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and would offer up to 6,000nits peak brightness.
