Realme GT 7 Pro Confirmed to Launch in India 2024: What to Expect?

Realme launched its GT 6T in the Indian market last week with the 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip, and vice president Chase Xu confirmed that the Indian market will see the Realme GT 7 Pro debut. It is expected to come with upgrades over the Realme GT 5 Pro, which was launched in China at the end of last year. However, he did not reveal the exact launch timeline or any specifications.

Realme GT 7 Pro: What to expect?

Vice president Chase Xu confirmed that the new Realme GT 7 Pro is expected to launch in India by the end of 2024. This smartphone is tipped to pack a 6,000mAh battery, an upgrade over the Realme GT 5 Pro’s 5,400mAh battery and 50W wireless charging support. The Realme GT 6 Pro is also rumoured to sport a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

Realme GT 5 Pro had a starting price tag of CNY 3,298 (roughly Rs. 40,000) for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,264x2,780 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. It contains up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The phone has a triple rear camera unit, led by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera for selfies.

However, the exact launch date and specifications of Realme GT 7 Pro are still under wrap. It is expected to be released soon.
