December 2024 is shaping up to be an exciting month for smartphone enthusiasts. Several highly anticipated smartphones including iQoo13, OnePlus 13, Vivo X200 and more are set to launch, offering a plethora of impressive features and powerful performance. With the Realme GT 7 Pro, released in November, the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered smartphones have started making their debut in India. The highly anticipated mobile phone launch will include iQoo 13 followed by OnePlus 13, Vivo X200 and more shortly. In addition to the flagship releases, Poco may also be preparing to release a new smartphone, and Tecno may release a few foldable gadgets in the upcoming month. Without further ado, check out the most anticipated smartphone releases in December 2024.

1. iQOO 13:
First up is the iQOO 13, which is scheduled to launch in India on December 3 and boasts an AnTuTu score of more than 3 million thanks to its Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The phone will have a 6,000mAh battery and support for 120W fast charging, according to iQOO. Additionally, IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance will be supported.

According to the Chinese specifications, the iQOO 13 might have a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz BOE Q10 LTPO AMOLED screen with a variable refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. A 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP 3x telephoto lens are expected to make up the phone's triple rear camera setup. There could also be a 32MP selfie shooter on the front.

2. Redmi Note 14 series

The next on our list is Redmi Note 14 series which is set to launch in India on December 9 comprising three models—the Redmi Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro Plus—will be introduced in the Redmi Note 14 series. Although Xiaomi has suggested that the price of this generation of smartphones may increase, these devices, which were first introduced in China, have some amazing features.

A 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED screen with a smooth refresh rate of 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 12-bit color depth is a feature shared by the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Pro Plus. Durability is increased by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra powers the Note 14 Pro, while the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 powers the Pro Plus.

The Note 14 Pro's cameras include a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro. With a 50MP OIS primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP telephoto lens, the Pro Plus takes things to the next level. The front cameras on both phones are 20MP. The Pro Plus has a larger 6,200mAh battery that charges at 90W, while the Pro has a 5,500mAh battery that charges at 45W.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra chip, a 5,100mAh battery, and a 50MP primary camera are all included in the base Redmi Note 14. All models have Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and an IP68 rating. They also run Android 14 with HyperOS.

3. Vivo X200 series:

Although Vivo has not yet formally announced the X200 series' launch date, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has been actively promoting the devices, giving some people reason to think that the India launch may not be too far off. According to specifications, the Vivo X200 may have a MediaTek 9400 processor, up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

While the X200 Pro might have a 200MP Samsung HP9 telemacro sensor with 3.7x optical zoom, the Vivo X200 is probably going to have a 50MP Sony IMX882 telemacro 3x sensor. It is probable that both phones will have the same 32MP front camera and 50MP ultra-wide camera.

4. OnePlus 13:

The OnePlus 13 may make its Indian debut in December, as many of the company's major releases have been pushed up this year. OnePlus typically releases its number series smartphones in January. Alongside the new smartphone, the Oppo sub-brand may also introduce the OnePlus 13R and OnePlus Watch 3.

The OnePlus 13 may have a 6.82-inch BOE X2 2K+ AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits, according to the Chinese specifications. The flagship device from OnePlus is probably going to have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68 and IP69 water resistance.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor is expected to power the OnePlus 13. In addition to supporting up to 50W of wireless fast charging and 100W of wired fast charging, it could have a 6,000mAh battery.

A Sony LYT 808 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT600 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide angle lens could make up the OnePlus 13's triple camera setup on the back. A 32MP Sony IMX612 front-facing camera may be included with the phone for selfies and video calls.

5. Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Tecno Phantom V Flip 2:

According to rumors, Tecno intends to introduce the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 in India the following month. Next month, Tecno is reportedly planning to introduce the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 in India.

The newly released Infinix Zero Flip (Review), which has a 3.64-inch AMOLED outer display and a 6.9-inch Full HD+ LTPO AMOLED primary display, may be rebranded as the Tecno Phantom V Flip 2. It may have a 4,720mAh battery that supports 70W fast charging and be driven by a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor. In terms of optics, it might have a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens on the back, with a 32MP camera on the front.

A 7.85-inch LTPO AMOLED internal display and a 6.42-inch LTPO AMOLED external display are anticipated to be included with the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2. The MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor is anticipated to power the smartphone, just like it did for its predecessor.

A 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP 2x optical zoom portrait sensor, and a 50MP primary shooter may all be included with the Phantom V Fold 2. Additionally, it might have two 32MP front-facing sensors.

6. Poco F7:

Poco might be gearing up to expand its F series lineup in India, with reports indicating that the Poco F7 has received certification on the BIS website under the model number 2412DPC0AI. However, the certifications have not revealed any specifications for the device yet.

In India, the 6GB + 128GB Redmi Note 14 5G now comes in an Ivy Green color option, costing Rs. 18,999.
