Infinix has launched its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Infinix Hot 50 5G, in India. Priced under Rs 10,000, the Hot 50 5G is the first 5G-enabled smartphone from Infinix in India. Infinix Hot 50 5G was introduced in India on September 5, 2024. The smartphone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 48-megapixel dual rear camera unit. It runs Android 14 and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. It has an IP54-rated construction, a 7.8mm thin profile, and wired fast charging support. The 4GB + 128GB version of the Infinix Hot 50 5G costs Rs. 9,999, while the 8GB + 128GB version costs Rs. 10,999. Customers can purchase these variants for as little as Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 9,999, respectively, with bank offers. Starting on September 9, Flipkart will sell the phone in the nation. Four color options are available for it: Dreamy Purple, Sage Green, Sleek Black, and Vibrant Blue. The purple colorway has a two-tone appearance.

Infinix Hot 50 5G Features
A 6.7-inch HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz is featured on the Infinix Hot 50 5G. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage powers the phone. Up to 1TB of additional storage can be added to it using a MicroSD card. The phone comes with XOS 14, which is based on Android 14.

In the camera department, the Infinix Hot 50 5G has a dual rear camera setup with a dual LED flash unit in addition to a 48-megapixel IMX582 primary sensor and an unidentified depth sensor. For taking selfies, there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera sensor.

The Infinix Hot 50 5G has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W wired fast charging. The available connectivity options are USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Wi-Fi, 5G, and 4G. The phone has a TÜV SÜD A-rated 60-month fluency certification and an IP54-rated build for dust and splash resistance. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The handset weighs 188g and has dimensions of 77.1 x 165.7 x 7.82 mm.

Price of the Redmi Note 14 5G in India

In India, the 6GB + 128GB Redmi Note 14 5G now comes in an Ivy Green color option, costing Rs. 18,999. In the meantime, the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB models cost Rs. 19,999 and Rs. 21,999, respectively. Customers who use ICICI, HDFC, and SBI credit cards and credit card EMI transactions can receive an instant discount of Rs. 1,000. Additionally, they can receive free EMI options for a maximum of six months.

The Redmi Note 14 5G's newest color option is available for purchase on the Mi website. As previously stated, the Mystique White, Phantom Purple, and Titan Black color options that have been offered in India since the phone's December launch last year are joined by the new model.

The Redmi Note 14 5G has a 5,110mAh battery that can be charged at 45W. It has been confirmed that the phone will get four years of security updates and two OS upgrades.

Vivo V50 has launched with three storage options—8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB—and three color options: Titanium Grey, Starry Night, and Rose Red. The handsets are priced at Rs 34999, Rs 36999, and Rs 40999, respectively. Pre-booking for Vivo V50 started today, and it will officially go live for sale on February 25, 2025.
